• $19.29/hour plus tips (average server earnings in Denver are $24-$28/hour with tips but can be much more!)
• Experience preferred, but if you’re just starting out, you have to show us that you embody omotenashi

Part-time Host

• $19.50/hour plus tips
• Friday & Saturday nights 4:30-8pm
• No experience required, but you have to show us that you embody omotenashi

Full-time & Part-time Line Cooks 

• $23/hour plus tips
• Experience preferred

Full-time and Part-time Dishwashers

• $21/hour plus tips
• No experience required, but you have to show us that you embody omotenashi

Full-time Experienced Sushi Chefs

• $61,000/year plus tips
• 2-3 years of sushi experience required

Part-time Sushi Chefs

• $24/hour plus tips
• Experience preferred

THE Perks

How do we put this care into action? Every position earns tips, which means we work as a team across both front and back of house. Also, everyone gets a free shift Crew Meal, eaten together when practical, and a free shift drink (an NA drink or adult beverage according to your preference). What about self-care? No more Sunday scaries – we’re closed on Mondays!
